We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
3. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Please note that we do not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that are marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Items that have been personalized or customized in any way
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
